Due to specific shipping policies, I am unable to ship to the UK and Germany. Orders placed from either countries will be cancelled and refunded.

Additionally, customers are responsible for paying any customs/import taxes for their packages, including VAT. Please understand that I will not mark custom forms as "Gift" and will report all items in the package accordingly.

SHIPPING TIMES
Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks via USPS First Class mail for both domestic and international.
If your order includes tracking, you will be notified via email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an email in the time stated, please contact me at [email protected].

If you purchase any preorder items with in-stock items, your entire order will ship once I receive the preordered items. Please check item descriptions for timeframe estimates.

Once your order is dropped off, I am no longer responsible for your package.
Please contact your local post office first if you encounter unprecedented delays or your package possibly being lost. Due to the current complications with USA shipments, there may be potential delays. In general, USA domestic orders can take anywhere from 3-7 days, and international may take up to 1 month.
For international orders, please order with caution. In the instance that your package is lost, unable to be delivered, or returned, I will not be able to issue any refunds or replace your items.
